Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1-4 business days from date the order was placed. All orders placed after 3:00pm Central Standard Time will count towards the next business day. Any item that is on back order on a combined order will be shipped at the time it comes back in stock at our shipping expense. Special orders may ship between 2-10 business days. Can't find the sandpaper grit you're looking for? We can special order any grit or size you need directly from the manufacturer. Special orders will be given an estimated ship date at time of order. To contact us regarding special order info, please contact us by phone or email, and we will respond on the same business day with a price, estimated ship date, and instructions to purchase using our secure checkout.

All products are shipped via UPS. We do not take responsibility for UPS errors, or time delays incurred from UPS. Should a shipment be lost or damaged, we will file the claim with UPS and replace the order upon UPS acceptance of the claim. For UPS terms and conditions please visit www.ups.com.

Privacy & Security
At Abrasives Specialties we do not store any credit card information. Shipping information is used solely for the purpose of sending the product purchased, to the end user. We DO NOT in any way shape or form sell customer information such as email, personal address, and customer purchase information to other companies for marketing purposes. All customer information from account members are completely confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than to ship out products or to promote new items.
Returns & Replacements
No returns will be accepted after 7 days of UPS confirmation that the order was delivered. If you receive the wrong product or anything damaged we will replace it our expense. For return authorizations please call or e-mail us. After 7 days you are only covered by the manufacture warranty. If you decide you want to simply return the product, you must pay for the shipping to return it, and you will only be refunded the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping). Additionally, a 25% restocking fee may occur if the item was used or returned in a condition which is not resalable as Brand New. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned to us because of a change in mind or for any errors on your end. No returns are accepted after 7 days from the date that you receive your product. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process.
